Make Your Bowl Super and Fresh
This coming Saturday, sentient beings from all walks of life will be tuning in to view the *super-gigantic-most-watched-sporting-event-in-the-known-universe, (*the actual name is trade-marked and subject to certain restrictions, hence the hyphenation). Fortunately, the snack foods aren't (trademarked, that is), so we can mention them by name.
In fact, we've prepared a handy guide, our own Game Day Party Planner that contains a roster of fine foods and recipes to help you answer the inevitable question,"what's for snacks?" Just download it, or pick one up at the display in the Produce department and get rolling.
FYI, you'll also find all the classic, fresh ingredients needed to create your very own super bowl of guacamole in the produce aisle. Rah!

Holy Guacamole
Produce Specials: February 1 - 14
• Organic Avocado - $1.39 ea. (reg. $1.99, save 60¢)
A fruit so spectacular, so tasty, healthful, and multi-faceted, an attempt was made to replicate the color and emblazon it on kitchen appliances in the seventies. In hindsight, one of the most iconic statements of that decade.
• Organic Cilantro - $1.39 bunch (reg. $1.79, save 40¢)
In certain culinary circles, the pro-cilantro and anti-cilantro camps make politics look positively tame. We happen to think it's what makes guacamole guacamole, but we respect everyone's right to make their own choice.
• Organic Red Onion - $1.39 lb. (reg. $1.59, save 20¢)
Colorful, sweet (for an onion), and the perfect way to inject a little color and zip into any dish. Nutritionally rich and quite the bargain in terms of enriching savory dishes with maximum flavor. Go onions!

TRM Staff Pick
This week's selection comes from: Bradley
His pick: Better Than Boullion Vegetable Base
"My staff pick is Better than Bouillon Vegetable Base. Easily the best flavor paste you’ll find outside the world of pesto. Use it to make vegetable broth or add flavor to otherwise boring dishes." Bradley even wrote a haiku about it:
Oh flavorful friend,
pantry hollow without you -
don't look at the salt.
Specific product requests or suggestions may be made at the Customer Service desk. Feel free to share any questions about items in the store with any our wonderful staff members.
